PHP-2.0.0 not suports each() function

Hello,
I am using PHP-2.0.0 and the php function each() is being obsollete (depecated) an Sublime Text 3 use this function, so when i create a php file, sublime create at the same time a file with the same name added the extenesion tmp.
For example, i create index.php, i save it, and i have in my project a new file index.php.tmp.
Whe do you think to repare this bug for PHP-2.0.0 ?
