Phi (lower case) variants are inverted

The one ST uses, Φ (Greek Capital Letter Phi): https://unicode-table.com/en/03A6/

From the character naming, I believe ST is doing it right.

I don’t know about you but if I copy 03C6 and 03D5 into sublime they show up inverted
