Paste text after tab completion

Hi there!
I am new here, so I really don’t know what is the procedure in here, but I have a very important question so if you have the answer for my question please help me.
Why when a have a text copied and I want to paste it in sublime but first I press the tab button the text disappear? It is very annoying because I use a lot the button tab for auto complete the html tabs. Please help me!
