Every time I save a file a panel pops up at the bottom of the editor and I can’t figure out what it is or how to prevent it from happening. I have attached a screenshot of the editor after I save the file.

Sublime doesn’t do anything like that on it’s own, so you have probably installed a package of some kind that is doing something like e.g. format on save or lint on save or something along those lines.
As @facelessuser mentioned, disabling plugins will help you narrow down which one is doing it so you can turn that one off or configure it to not do that.
You might be able to get some insight into the package that’s doing it by checking the panel selector. If you click it’s icon (it’s in the status bar to the left of where it says “Line 1, Column 1” in your screenshot), the panel might show up there. In which case it’s name may be a hint as to what package is doing it.
