Packages Disabling Automatically

Every now and then, out of the blue, a package gets added to the list of disabled packages. I then have to go in and re-enable it. Any idea why this is happening?

I think Package Control add/remove packages from disabled list when they are updated.
Maybe the update trigger an exception and the disabled list is not restored ?

Look at the console.

I’m also experiencing this bug. It happens every day. Has anyone found a fix?
