Package priority over same snippet

I’m using Xslt Snippets and Emmet. I’d like to give priority to Xslt Snippets package for Xsl tags, and Emmet for common html. While I have both installed and active, at the moment Emmet takes default behaviour when using abbreviations. Can I change this order?
