Package Control will not longer install new packages

Hi!
I’m having a strange problem when running ST 2 on Windows 7.

I can use Package Control just fine for some time, then, suddenly when I try to do Install Package, I don’t get any list of available packages…

I’ve tried:

Adding the repository anew, then use “Upgrade Package” - Not OK
Deleting the Package Control folder from Data/Packages and the Package Control.sublime-package from Data/InstalledPackages, restarting and running the install script again. - Not OK
Tried the Manual Method for installing Package Control - Not Ok

So, I can list my installed packages, get to their preferences and all, but anything involving network communication seems to fail, like install and upgrade packages.
When I try to do this I simply get void in return, aka Nothing.

Package Control support happens at github.com/wbond/sublime_package_control/issues. Be sure to include the output of your console, ideally with the debug setting turned on.
