Package control pointing to deprecated rest api version on bitbucket

Hi,

I can no longer install the package HDLProject. Following the “missing” info here https://packagecontrol.io/packages/HDLProject
It looks like the URL that Package Control is using [https://api.bitbucket.org/1.0/repositories/bootsiaz/sublime-hdlproject/main-branch] is no longer supported by Bitbucket.

This has been officially reported on the package control repository and @deathaxe has written a PR to address it, so possibly a fix for this is forthcoming pending testing, merging and releasing a new version of PC.
