Hi Everyone!
Thank you very much if you’re reading this post.
I’ve updated my SublimeText to the latest (really cool indeed) version but when I wanted to install a new Package using Package Control I realized that it isn’t available any more in my >Preferences tab, so what I did was to install Package Control as I’d done previously pasting the code inside STX console. It output an error so I did it manually as suggested in the Package Control documentation. It also didn’t apply.
Has anyone encountered the same issue after updating the software’s version?
Should I uninstall and reinstall Sublime?
Thank you very much for your time.

You mention an error but not what errorred exactly.
Either way, open your user preferences file (“Preferences: Settings” in the command palette), check the ignored_packages array and remove package control from there if it’s listed.

Some people encountered an issue with several packages being added to the “ignored_packages” in Preferences after upgrading to 3143. Maybe it is the same in your case? This would most likely cause all its commands to be not available. This may also be the reason for a second installation to fail?
