I know it’s only a small thing but i find myself constantly being distracted every time the long saved message appears in my status bar and pushes everything else to the right and off the screen.
Is there a way I could replace the whole saved string with just the word Written?

A friendly person named Leonid replied to my email with
you can use special “\0” or “\n” character in your custom status message in order to hide default status message. Also, there should be the hook for saving the file so you can provide your custom status message
Could a kind soul who is familiar with the Sublime API reference how i’d go about this and i’ll give it my best shot.
