I’m about the Outline package. By default, it shows items according to some lists for each file type.
But, is it possible to edit these lists (add/remove some items)?
How to read/edit the Symbol List.tmPreferences file - file of the definitions of the Outline package?

I suspect that you might not have gotten a response because nobody knows what plugin it is that you’re talking about; is it this one?
If it is, you may want to raise an issue on the issue tracker for the package; the author of it may be in a better position than anyone else to answer your question.
