When you grasp a side border on OSX and finish resizing (enlarging/shrinking width, with ⌥ or without), Sublime Text (3 and 4, I don’t remember if version 2 used to fail here too), gets in a strange state in which is like if the mouse was still pressed and dragging over the contents of the window. You have to be careful and click and take control again
