Hello,
I have installed sublime today and i’ve got a problem when i open python files, some words are underlined like when you made a mistake in a text editor 
and there is also orange triangles near the line numbers at some place. I already used sublime text and i never saw that before. Can i disable this and make it disapeared ?

guessing you are talking about the folding buttons in the gutter - if you set "fold_buttons": false in your user preferences file, these will go away.
maybe you have enabled spell checking?
