OpenCV with C++ integration

Hi!
I am planning to use Sublime Text as my editor for C++ with OpenCV. I read here (jacksimpson.com.au/sublime-text- … ld-system/) that I need to modify the C++.sublime-build file. I am pretty new to Sublime Text. Can anyone please let me know how to do this? Thanks.
System : Windows 7 32 bit
