Open Sublime Project in Terminal for macOS Catalina 10.15.7

I cannot figure out how to open sublime from the terminal in macOS Catalina. I am able to open VSCode very easily by simply doing command code . but I cannot find a way to do this for Sublime

The command for this is subl, but there’s a manual (one time) step you have to take to make the command available via the terminal.

There are instructions on how to do this (for all platforms) in the command line interface section of the documentation.
