Open specific project via Sublime Starter

#1

Hello,
I also often handle other notes with Sublime, so it would be good if Sublime would open a specific project (notes) so that the most recently opened projects are not opened as usual, which means all the windows that you don’t want to close every time. Is this possible? How does that work please?

System: Xubuntu (Ubuntu 23.04)

I just tried that and it works!

/opt/sublime_text/sublime_text /home/USERNAME/sublime/PROJECTNAME.sublime-project

So it also opens the previously opened windows, but they shouldn’t be opened. Please tell me if this can be set, if not you can look for another app for notes.

By default, Sublime remembers what you were doing when you quit it and puts everything back into that state when you restart it.

So, you want to do one of the following:

  1. Turn off the hot_exit setting, so that it doesn’t remember the state
  2. Just open the project with your notes once, then remove what you did you to the launch button to force it to load that project, and the next time you start Sublime, your notes window will be present.
