Open Command Line Interface To Current File As New ST3 Tab

I know you can open a CLI window and if your screen is wide enough place it beside your ST3 window.
And I know you can open ST3 from inside say a Powershell window using the subl -w command.
But I think it would be handier if when were working on say a file called C:\Desktop\Node_App\app.js that we could open a CLI window as another tab within ST and whose current directory was the root directory of the app.js file.
For one thing, the visual contrast would be much less with the same window formatting and colors.
A thing needing adjustment here would be the lowest zoom size for the text in ST windows. At present it is not quite low enough unless you have a real wide screen.
