On markdown files (.md) SQL syntax highlight not working anymore

MySQL block code in markdown files is not highlight anymore. The colors are missing.

Do you happen to use Monokai Pro theme?

If yes, you are most likely suffering from https://github.com/monokai-pro/sublime-text/issues/178

Otherwise check console for error messages or whether SQL package is disabled.

It’s working with ST4186 / 4187 in SAFE MODE.
