Offline Computer

I am looking to try Sublime but the bulk of my work is done on an isolated network that does not mirror anything from sublime.

Is there a way to do offline package installs, or perhaps export a config and load it on a new system?

Just use a portable build?

Can I install packages with the portable build then move it over?

Yes, as long as all necessary resources are downloaded before you move it into an offline environment.
