Not synchronized sublime folders by creating folders using shell or bash

I see sublime text version 3.2.2, build 3211, Sublime folder doesn’t sync by creating a folder using shell or bash, please help fix it, thanks!

did you try Project -> Refresh Folders?

If you’re using Linux you might be running out of inotify watches. See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47851243/sublime-text-3-settings-doesnt-reloads-until-restarting-it
