Not responding when type \n in print

Hi all,
When i type \n in print(" "), it’s not responding. I have to wait for 1 min. I am not able to understand what is going on. Please give a solution.

When I remove the AutoFileName package the problem is solved. However, I cannot use this package. I still can’t find a better workaround. I still want to use the AutoFileNam package. Please help!
