Same experience…
I bought a single use license on 4th Feb. But I have not received the license.
I clicked many times on button to retrieve lost key, nothing in mailbox.
I sent an email to sales@sublimetext.com on 5th Feb, no Answer.
And nothing in spam box.

So please, please help me…

Did you email sales@sublimetext.com? If not, you want to do that; here on the forum there’s nothing we can do about this particular issue because only the sales team has access to the billing system.
