No /SFTP folder when installs SFTP plugin. How to install?

The manual says that there must be**\SFTP** folder after installtion. It has to be here** \Sublime Text 3\Packages\SFTP**
But when I install SFTP plugin this folder is not created. Neither in \Sublime Text 3\Packages, nor in** \Sublime Text 3\Packages\User**, not in** \Sublime Text 3\Installed Packages**. And all the menu options for SFTP are greyed out, not active.
I use Windows 7 64 bit.

What may it be? How may I install the package correctly?

SFTP is not yet available for ST3. ST2 and ST3 treat packages differently and use a different version of Python.

There should be some news about SFTP for ST3 in the next couple of days.
