No Response to Refund Requests

I bought licenses for Sublime Text and Merge on December 31st, 2021 and I have already sent a few emails to sales@sublimetext.com to request a refund, but I have not yet gotten a response. There seems to be a couple other posts about the same issue and it’s a little worrying. Has anyone received a response from Sales? Is anyone able to help with refunds?

I guess if you have bought licenses on 31st and requested a refund after few days, the folks at SublimeHQ might have been away on vacation. Maybe @bschaaf can help if you send him details via a PM/DM.
