I installed the 3132 version, the theme selected defult, the style is wrong, the icon does not. How is this going on? what can I do ?

My guess is that you some sort of customization or override in place for Default.sublime-theme. https://packagecontrol.io/packages/OverrideAudit may help in locating such a file.
You can also test the hypothesis by moving your data dir, as described at http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html.

thank you ! The problem is solved, I have modified the Default.sublime-theme, but this version may is not compatible, so ,I do it like http://www.sublimetext.com/docs/3/revert.html . Now, it’s ok!
