This is usually caused by using a very outdated theme or by overriding the default packages. Check if you have a folder called “Theme - Default” under the Preferences > Browse Packages… menu.

Yes I cleaned out everything in AppData and reinstalled. It seems to be looking like it’s supposed to now.
