New ST files don't show up in Finder's Recents

When I create a new ST file (via ST > ⌘N or ST > File > New File)—regardless of the extension—the file doesn’t show up in stock/unmodified “Recents” in the Finder sidebar. It’s only after you close the file and open it that the file shows up in Recents.

Any ideas how I can modify the below for it to suck in recently created ST files?

After doing a little research, I’m guessing this is a bug where ST is not updating kMDItemLastUsedDate upon initial create.

Finder > Recents > Gear icon > Show Search Criteria:

(kMDItemLastUsedDate = "*") && ((kMDItemContentTypeTree = public.content) || (kMDItemContentTypeTree = "com.microsoft.*"cdw) || (kMDItemContentTypeTree = public.archive))

Oops. Just seeing this now. Thanks for the reply and links! Glad I’m not alone. I need to check if this is fixed in build 3200. But from the link, it still looks open…
