New Plugin: ERB Formatter for Ruby on Rails

Hi created this ERB Formatter plugin to enable proper formatting of ERB files in Ruby on Rails projects.

Thank you @bijan, I finally got around to try it! Works like a charm, shame it isn’t available on package control yet.
