New folder input panel spans several unwanted spaces below

Whenever I create a new folder in a directory from within sublime, the input panel that takes the name spans several empty lines below as shown below:

Any way to fix this ?

Technical Information:

1. Windows 7 64 bit OS.
2. Sublime Build 3211.

Packages Installed:

1. Rust Enhanced
2. Dart
3. Emmet
4. Terminus

Theme currently using: Default/Adaptive.sublime_theme

Color Scheme used: Nord

I would try grabbing the top of the panel with the mouse and dragging it down until it’s a single line again.
