New "adaptive" theme lacks support for project-tabs

#1

Hi,

in Sublime Text 3, Build 3143 regarding the adaptive theme: it is cool.

With the registered version of Sublime Text (on macOS) I’m glad to use a feature that enables me to open multiple directory-trees as additional tabs (where the unregistered version only open new windows).

This additional layer of tabs is currently broken in the new adaptive theme.
The “Project”-Tabs are still there, but are floating over the File-Tabs.

In short, this is an issue with the API Apple provides for full-height content windows, which is what allows us to change the color of the title bar. There may be an API in the future to allow this, but my testing showed that as soon as the window switches to full-height content, macOS no longer allows you to create new system tabs. It seems there is a bug where it will allow you to switch into full-height window mode when tabs have already been created, but afterwards they are locked down.
