Need to hit p twice for Command Palette

For some bizarre, unknown reason I need to press ctrl+shift+p**+p** for the command palette.
Ctrl+p works just fine for “goto” however. Using build 4126 (licensed) on Windows 10.

Does it happen in safe mode?

No, it doesn’t. I didn’t know there was such a thing.
In that case I’ll have to see what package is causing this to happen right?
I don’t have all that many plugins installed, so I’ll post what it is when I find it, thanks.

it is likely that you have another keybinding which starts with ctrl+shifp+p.
