Need help regarding Terminal package customization

By default powershell opens on calling the shortcut while I prefer cmd. Can I change it, if so please tell how?

I tried this but doesn’t work

Try adding that line to the Terminal package’s settings. You can find it in the menu under Preferences -> Package Settings -> Terminal -> Settings - User.
