I have a Lenovo ideapad 320, and even though the scroll past end has been set to “false”, and the scroll speed has been set to 0 (even tried negetive numbers just to see), it’s still scrolling by the slightest touch/movement.
Haven’t found much help looking online, so I’m wondering if anyone here has a solution.
My Lenovo laptop scrolls way too fast on Sublime
