I have a mac m1 and it keeps resetting my layout everytime i close the app. I have searched online and there has been no solution for this too. Can someone please help, this is really annoying. I have the setup of [(layout : 2 columns), (group : max 2 columns)]. When I open sublime text it resets to the blank untitled page.

If you close the last window, ST will open a new window in single pane layout next time by default. You can either Quit ST instead or write a plugin to set the layout of new windows to your preferred one.
