Unless another program (like firefox) can actually view the contents of the file, it looks to me like something cleared the contents of your file. How/when did this happen? There’s a good chance you won’t be able to recover the file without having a backup or something similar.

There’s a small chance you’ll be able to recover HTML corrupted files if they’re not properly saved.

Hello, i f you try all methods and still can not open your html files, I think you can use a recovery tool to have a try. I have used Bitwar Data Recovery to retrieve my corrupted files before, this tool if free and good to use, so maybe you can just have a try.
