Well, it looks like my first attempted snippet just happens to be a “no no”. Is there any way to insert a slash+dollar-sign without any spaces – i.e., a snippet to insert “$” ?
Because snippets need a slash preceding the dollar sign to insert a dollar sign, inserting slash+dollar-sign appears to be problematic.
