Hello, I just updated my Sublime software and now my auto complete is not working. In Preferences.sublime-settings-Default document it reads as TRUE. But when I start typing HTML into a document there is no longer an auto complete when I type in <html…etc etc. auto complete option no longer pops up. I’ve only been working in SUBLIME for one day and was loving it, now this. HELP.
My auto complete has stopped working

The symptom of the html completion not doing anything is usually the result of Sublime not knowing that the file that you’re editing is an HTML file; completions can be specific to the type of file you’re editing, and that is one example.
If this is the case, you’ll see that the type of file is Plain Text (see the bottom right in the status line); if that is the case, save your file as an .html file or click where it says Plain Text and set the syntax to be HTML and the problem should go away.

Fantastic. Thank you, that did the trick. I’m a beginner in coding. I will remember that forever!!
