I am new to Sublime text 3, Multiple cursors selection keyboard combination “Ctrl+atl+ UP/Down” does not work on my windows 10. I am using sublime text 3

Ctrl+Alt+Up/Down not working

The select_lines command, bound by default to ctrl+alt+up and ctrl+alt+down has stopped working recently, and I'm not sure why.
