Sometime ago plugin Movetab stop work.
How to move tabs by the keys:
Ctrl-shift-PgDn/PgUp

?

It still works for me and is basically too simple to break.

What does ST’s console show after calling sublime.log_commands(True)?

Maybe some other plugin has overwritten the keybinding?
