I would love it if I could have a phantom overlay a region of text. (Hide it)
I would like to build something like the emacs column edit mode and the only wqy I can think of to do that is with phantoms and input boxes. I would love it if I could hide the headings in my active document with phantoms to simulate a tabular editing experience on the headings.
I could also the use this for a quick view of the agenda and a few other things I have been toying with.
