When attempting to checkout local branches the list of branches is missing some branches previously checked out. When performed from the command line all operation perform normally including tab completion of the local branch. Why does this happen. Does sublime merge need to refresh its list of local branches? I feel that I must be missing something. This is quite frustration as i need to repeatedly checkout branches from the command line before sublime merge will list as available for checkout.

Is it possible that you have more branches than can be shown by default? Does the branch you want pop up if you start typing a few of its characters?
