This thing actually happens from a long time before recent release… I recall I have such issues since build 3100 or so…

do you have any third party theme packages installed?

Yes. I use Seti_orig theme. But I tried switching to other themes, on each I have missing icons.

I had to add these manually once… to have at least some of these icons… Maybe I did an override?

Removing whole dir “Theme - Default” didn’t help.

Also wiped out whole Cache dir, also no luck.

Ok, found real reason of this. Under Installed Packages/ I had Default - Theme and one more like that. Removed that, wiped out the cache and backups. Everything is beautiful again Thanks for help.

Yes, these would be “overrides” that I mentioned on twitter. If you install a .sublime-package with the same name as a default package, the one in Installed Packages does a complete “overlay” of the one that comes with Sublime Text.
