Missing horizontal scrollbar in the Console window (Sub-3)

I´m, running a plain SublimeText 3 without any own customization/settings.

The problem is that my Console window is missing the horizontal scrollbar.
Is this a bug or a new setting that I would have to activate (it works in SublimeText 2).
