Minimap right click

I have an unimportant idea

And what if when you press and hold the right mouse button on the minimap to make a temporary display of the selected area? For example, that would for temporarily see a different region of the file, and then release the right mouse button, to return the view to the previous area (original location before right click and drag).

This may be not a right click, but left click with the shift or something.

+1 I like it sometimes u want to review stuff above/below where u are and a quick glance at it is all you need!

I like this, and would use it best as a “right click”.

Maybe shift+click can be an optional parameter in preferences.
