Merge sublime projects after reopening

When I work I usually like to open different projects like tabs, seen here

However, when I restart my computer, the projects open as separate windows

How can I recombine these? Right now I have to just reopen the projects completely, which closes out my open tabs

The Window > Merge All Windows menu item may do what you want here.
