"Merge all Windows" missing for Sublime Text 3 latest build on Windows 10

Hello, I’m working with Sublime Text 3 Build 3211 for many years on my Macbook and love the feature “Merge All Windows” in the menu unter “Windows”. Now I have to switch to Windows 10 for work but it seams, that for the same version (Sublime Text 3 Build 3211) the feature is missing. There simply is no item “Windows” displayed in the window?? Could it be possible, that there are different builds for Mac and Windows?

“Merge all Windows” uses macOS native tabs. There is no equivalent on Windows.

OK. Means, that there is no way to achieve the same effect on Windows? Any plugin?

Plugins can’t provide that kind of functionality, it would need OS support.
