I am using Sublime for the first time (version 3). For the most part I love it. The only thing that is really bothering me right now is that the menu bar menus open to the left instead of to the right. See the images below.

I tried clearing all my local Sublime settings (based on these instructions) it but it was working the same way. This seems to be the default behavior for Sublime on my PC (Windows 7). All other programs on this PC open to toward the right.
Can anyone suggest how I can change this? It is driving me crazy.
