Maxscript toggle comments not working

Hallo Guys,
since a few days
neither
toggle comments with the menu
nor
toggle comments with my defined Hotkeys
work anymore.
Does anybody have an idea?
or the correct file for the package

In the ST console (ctrl+`) paste

sublime.log_commands(True)

and see what commands are ran. It sounds like a plug-in is overriding your keyboard shortcuts.

when i use the menu toogle command it displays:

“toggle_comment {“block”: false}”
