Max one of windows (groups) under multi-window mode

you will see two windows in sublime from the following picture. are the windows too small for you to hold the whole code, even I set the font very small? So I want to max one of them, with a hotkey (then reset the size if possible). Is there a hotkey to do that or a command with similar function?

You might want to try the Origami package. Out of the box, you can use the Ctrl+kCtrl+z to zoom the current pane, and Ctrl+kCtrl+Shift+z to unzoom it, or you can add your own custom bindings to do the same.
