Matching Brackets

Is there any way to make matching brackets in a way From Image to To Image below? how can i do this, i am use to of Brackets / Dreamweaver so small line under matching brackets not working for me.

I feel Bracket​Highlighter fit your need quite well however. Just need to reads its docs and config it.

It is available, you just desire more control of how it looks. BH does things that Sublime might never do. It gives a lot more control to make it look how you want.

But using it is up to you .
